TWIH News: TuneIn, Easter, call for interviews, and Patreon

Hi all!

First, the super exciting news: TWIH in now on TuneIn Radio! If you’re on TuneIn, there’s a button to the left you can click to follow my podcast. This also means if you have an Amazon Echo, you can now tell it to play This Week In Heresy!

Second: There won’t be an episode next week since it’s Easter week, and the last week of my Lenten/Easter working. New episodes will return the week of March 28.

Third: This is my sorta-quarterly call for interviews! If you would like to be on TWIH, or know of someone you think I should interview on TWIH, please let me know. While I’m generally interested in anything anyone suggests, I’m particularly interested in finding interviews from faith traditions that I haven’t had on the show yet: Muslims, Buddhists, denominations of Christianity that aren’t normally heard (Orthodox Greek/Russian, BaHai, etc), progressives of any of these faiths, and LGBTQA people of these traditions, etc. I’m also looking for progressives doing get out the vote work, protesting at political rallies, #blacklivesmatter movement, and clergy who are doing same. This isn’t a definitive list, but any suggestions or interest is welcome!

Fourth: If you have ever been on the show, or are a fan of the show, I could use your support. While this is a ministry, all ministries need support to sustain themselves. If you have the means and could spare $5, $10, or $15 per month, please consider subscribing to my Patreon page. If you’d like to make a one-time only donation, click here for the link to send a single donation via PayPal. I’m also open to doing public interviews as fundraisers. If you’re interested in something like that, please email me through my contact page. If you’re a fellow podcaster and would like me on your show, send me some email and we can schedule!

And, lastly: I hope you all have a great Equinox this Saturday and a very Happy Easter next Sunday!

Many Blessings on you and yours!

Rev. Gina
