Sadness. Depression. Grief. Sorrow.
We don’t like to talk about these things.
And often people don’t know what to say in return.
But if we don’t talk about them, how do we move on?
Kuan Yin wants us to talk about it.
She wants us to talk about it so then other people can be there with open arms waiting for us. And open ears and open hearts. When they do this, our loved ones become the thousand arms of Kuan Yin.
We do not have to hide our sadness. Instead we can express it. When we express it, we open up to the idea that we don’t have to go through it alone. The burden is not ours to bear by ourselves.
And if no one is around when you need to talk, you can call on Kuan Yin. Namo Guan Shih Yin Pusa. And she will be there to take your hand.
